Professional Career in Soccer

Glenn began his career in Belgian football with KFC Eppegem in 2013 before moving to Royal White Star Brussels, where he contributed to the club’s promotion to the Belgian First Division. He subsequently worked as a consultant for Cercle Brugge during their championship-winning 2016 season in the Proximus League.

His career advanced with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise (RUSG), where he played a key role in reaching the semi-finals of the Belgian Crocky Cup in 2019. That same year, he joined RSC Anderlecht as Head Physiotherapist, managing the first team, U21s, women’s team, and academy players in a period that featured stars such as Vincent Kompany, Jeremy Doku, Nacer Chadli, Samir Nasri and Alexis Saelemaekers.

In 2020, he transferred to the Saudi Pro League with Al-Fateh FC, serving as Rehabilitation Coach and Senior Physiotherapist under Yannick Ferrera. Al-Fateh FC is the team against which Cristiano Ronaldo scored his first goal in the Saudi league.

In 2023, he joined the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) as the Performance and Rehabilitation Coach for the U23 national team under Issame Charaï. Under his guidance, Morocco won its first U23 AFCON title, secured qualification for the 2024 Paris Olympics, and the team went on to earn a historic Olympic bronze medal. Continuing his work with Morocco, he helped the U20 team reach the 2025 AFCON final and qualify for the FIFA U20 World Cup for the first time in over two decades. Glenn worked with Morocco at a time when the squad featured players such as Abdessamad Ezzalzouli, Ismael Saibari, Omar El Hilali, Bilal El Khannouss and Amir Richardson.

In 2024, Glenn returned to Belgium as Head of Performance for Racing White Daring Molenbeek (RWDM). His work was instrumental in maintaining a 91% player availability rate across the season, with the team reaching the playoff finals after dominating the league for the majority of the season.
