Our Story
Get Up & Over was founded in 2020 in Brussels, Belgium, and is expanding to Miami in 2025. From the very beginning, our philosophy has been built on resilience, ownership, and control in overcoming physical challenges. Whether on the pitch or in the gym, we deliver tailored training programs, athlete screenings, and rehabilitation protocols to elite athletes across soccer and Olympic sports. We also work with aspiring athletes and individuals who want to train smarter, move better, and perform at their best.
Beyond soccer, world-class athletes who have entrusted us with their performance include former Belgian tennis player, Yanina Wickmayer and professional Belgian field hockey standout William Ghislain. Get Up & Over has also partnered with global brands to deliver high-performance expertise, driving excellence at the highest level.
